Netflow not getting from Harvester to Reporter

Can you try the following on the Harvester you are trying to send NetFlow to for this router.

    mysql -P3308 harvester

    truncate table interfaces;

    truncate table routers;

Then recycle the NetQos Harvester service and see if the router shows up on the Enable Interfaces page.

Then wait about 30-60 minutes and check again to see if it shows up in the 'Administration->Enable Interfaces' page.

If its still not showing up, if you can run a WireShark trace on that Harvester, 10.80.3.214.

Using the capture filter "host 10.112.126.1" and let it run for about 5 minutes and upload the results.

Also please then run a SupportCIG on the Harvester and the RA master console.
