If the computer doesn't have internet access, use these steps to
install flash, which is required by many of the NetQoS websites.
- From another computer with internet access
- Open a Webbrowser and navigate to Adobe's website
- Select Download Player
- When the warning pops up to install it, ignore it and choose at the bottom of the page
- Click here for troubleshooting information, and a new window will open
- Select the link Download Flash Player with the manual installer
For Internet Explorer
http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
For Other Browsers
http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
Move the .exe to the computer and double click to install
